Qingdao 3 Day Tour

Picked up from Qingdao airport or railway station, you are transferred to our pre-arranged hotel in Qingdao. After a short break, start afternoon tour with Zhan Bridge, Qingdao's landmark. Zhan Bridge is an extension of the road into the sea. Then move on to Small Qingdao Island, a pleasant little peninsular. Viewed from the sky, the island is shaped like an ancient lute, and hence is also called Lute Island.

The move on to Xiaoyushan for an overall view of Zhan Bridge and Small Qingdao Island. Xiaoyushan (Little Fish Hill) is Qingdao's old town teeming with stone houses, villas, and German-style buildings. Finally head to the No.1 Bathing Beach. Qingdao has a few public beaches and No. 1 is the biggest and best one. As one of the largest public beaches in China, it draw huge a great number of tourists in the summer months.

Pick up from your hotel. First visit Mt. Laoshan. The highest peak of Mt. Laoshan rises 1,133 meters above sea level. Facing the Yellow Sea, it is one of China's major scenic resorts and has long been held as the reputation of No. 1 Famous Mountain on the Sea. It is also a famous Taoist mountain featuring both mountainous and coastal view. Among all the famous mountains in the whole China, it is the only mountain on the coast.

Visit Taiqing Palace (Taiqing gong), is the largest, oldest and most valuable of the temples in Laoshan. In its prime time, there used to be 9 great palaces, 9 great temples, and 72 nunneries in Laoshan Mountain. The most well preserved big one is Taiqing Palace. The palace holds about 140 rooms and halls with the most famous Three God's Hall, Three Purities' Hall and Three Emperor's Hall. The palace was first constructed during the reign of the first Emperor of the Northern Song Dynasty (960–1127) about 1000 years ago.

After lunch, make a trip to the Tsingtao Beer Museum. Built in August 2003, the 6,000-square-meter museum brings to life the beer's century-old history and culture by showing sugaring workshops, raw materials, traditional fermentation, new filter plants and packaging workouts and brewing labs. At the end of the tour, take a taste of sample beer served to each visitor. To have more, the Tsingtao Beer Bar on the first floor offer you more beer on your own. Back to your hotel in Qingdao.
