Night View of Grand Canal Hangzhou

As a Hangzhou native, each time back to Hangzhou, I cannot resist the temptation to have a glimpse of the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage crowned waterway, immersing myself into the highlight of Hangzhou's historical roots and cultural history, both physically and spiritually.

Today I'd like to share with you the pictures of the night view and scenes of Grand Canal Hangzhou on my recent trip to the canal in the evening.  A night walking tour along the illuminated shorelines of the waterway allows you to see the perfect fusion of the past and present, antiquity and modernity.
