This is what the outdoor musical show "Impression Dahongpao" wants to tell people, to find an osais of their hearts. Impression Dahongpao is co-directed by Zhang Yimu, Wang Chaoge and Fan Yue, known as the Iron Triangle.

I have seen Zhang Yimu's Impression Liusanjie in Guilin and Impression West Lake in Hangzhou as well the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games in Beijing the year 2008.

We are all quite familiar with his skill and high-tech to impress audiences largely using light, color and strong music mixed with the local folklore and culture based on the real landscape as the stage and background. Impression Dahongpao is no exception in the these features.

But Impression Dahongpao does have some breakthroughs. The show creates the audience seats offering a view of 360 degrees. A 360-degree rotating auditorium it possible for the 2,000 audiences to enjoy a round view that changes as the play goes on.

15 big screens are hidden somewhere in the distant trees and mountains. They only appear when the show needs them to help present an illusion of connected acts to vividly tell a love story necessary for the show.

In a word, all the lights and high-tech effects are used to impress people in appreciating the natural scenery of Wuyishan, and the spirit of China's traditional tea culture.

Tonight the Chongyang Stream and Dawang Peak will be employed as the stage and background for Impression Dahongpao.

At 7:30pm, people begin to enter the open-air and outdoor theatre with 2000m seats.
