The well-known Terracotta Museum is located east of Emperor Qin's Mausoleum, which covers a total area of 20 hectares. The scenery in the museum looks quite elegant and delightful, about 30km east of the downtown Xian.

Tang Paradise is a large theme park near the city of Xian. The park is at or near the site of an earlier garden complex in the Tang Dynasty, but consists almost entirely of modern construction.
